Mike Jennings
President

Mike Jennings achieved early career success as production manager for the Toronto ’96 Olympic Bid Book. Soon afterwards, he founded and served as President of E-Design Group, a Mississauga-based full service Advertising and Marketing agency. In his 13 years running the firm, he managed accounts in excess of $1.5 million for key clients such as Orkin/PCO Pest Control, Volvo Trucks, Hilti Canada, Wyeth Healthcare and Maxxam Analytics.

After selling E-Design Group in 2003, Mr. Jennings relocated to Cambridge, Ontario and worked on national initiatives (on a contractual basis) for such companies as Home Depot, LCBO, T.G.I. Fridays, HBC, Frito-Lay, Brick Brewery and Pepsi. Since launching MoreSALES in 2005, along with an office in Brantford, he has focused his over a quarter-century of experience on generating Sales and Marketing results for clients across North America.

Mr. Jennings is a member of The Rotary Club of Cambridge North, Communitech and multiple Chambers of Commerce. He also taught sales at the Business and Hospitality School at Conestoga College. Most recently, the College recognized Mike for his work with the Entrepreneur Mentorship program and co-op students.

Mike’s attention is now focused on successfully helping manufacturers and distributors increase their sales revenue and product awareness.


Patrick Kilborn
Creative Director

Patrick Kilborn is a graphic artist with a unique creative viewpoint, developed over 30 years in the fields of Art, Creative Direction and Graphic Design. His logo designs, brand development strategies and advertising campaigns have been embraced by over 40 companies; he has also been designing and producing electronic media since 1987.

Mr. Kilborn operated Intelligraphics, a successful creative print and alternative media agency, where he designed for such clients as General Motors, Manulife Financial, Arriscraft, Home Hardware and Nutrite Fertilizer. His talents have been pivotal to the development of dozens of highly successful marketing campaigns, including work for Sheridan College and Woody’s Coolers. Mr. Kilborn graduated from the Sheridan College Graphic Design Program in 1985.


Matt Williams
Web Development Manager

MattMatt Williams is a web developer with extensive experience in numerous programming languages. He has worked with hundreds of medium- and large-sized businesses to increase their competitive advantage online. He also focuses on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Social Media Marketing to build traffic for clients and increase their online presence.

Matt specializes in developing and using WordPress as a content management system, having used this platform to help dozens of clients spanning the globe.

Mr. Williams has been involved in various projects, taking on various roles throughout the process and is efficient within both the PC and Mac environments.


Gary Svoboda, B.A.Sc. M.B.A
Research Director

GaryGary Svoboda has over 30 years of experience in market research, economic impact and technology alignment studies. He has worked with hundreds of innovative companies and entrepreneurs in the launching of new technologies, products and services.

Prior to founding Adventus Research + Consulting Inc., Mr. Svoboda was Vice-President of Market Research and Client Services at the Canadian Innovation Centre in Waterloo (CIC), where he established its market research consulting business.

Gary is currently a member of the Ontario Centres of Excellence (OCE), Communitech (Waterloo Region), the TechAlliance of Southwestern Ontario (London) and is the Chapter Chair of the Southwestern Ontario Chapter of the Manning Innovation Awards—Canada’s most prestigious and longstanding awards foundation for innovation.


Eric Gowland, P.Eng., CMC
Operational Strategist

EricEric Gowland has a proven track record of exceptional leadership in the delivery of outstanding business results through development and execution of rapid profit growth strategies. He has experience in a range of industries and has assumed many roles—including CEO, senior executive, business owner and consultant.

Over the last 25 years, Eric has learned first-hand how to transform stagnant manufacturing and distribution companies into high performers that yield significant and sustainable profit and growth. He enjoys the challenges inherent in small- and medium-sized businesses, which are often family owned and managed and require significant growth and major changes in order to tackle adverse market conditions.

As an expert in Distribution and Operations Management, Eric’s extensive know-how includes design and management of global supply chains, strategic inventory location and management, sourcing and vendor management, contract manufacturing and in-sourcing. Mr. Gowland’s success in business derives from his ability to effectively design and manage new product development and launch processes to ensure shorter lead times, reliable delivery dates and products that meet the desired scopes and sales targets.


Wayne Saunders
Writer & Content Wrangler

WayneAs a writer and editor, Wayne has served a far-reaching client base that includes a vast array of informational material—from business and marketing to creative, technical and academic. His versatile background encompasses areas as diverse as housing, journalism, public relations, non-profits, small business, environmental and educational technology, physician recruitment and a stint as copy editor at The Nichols Group, a major British management consultancy specializing in strategic change.

With a keen eye for detail, Wayne’s writing and editing experience covers blogging, website copy, marketing collateral, software content, quarterly and annual reports, case studies, user manuals, press releases, feature stories and newsletters.

As the digital age has evolved, Mr. Saunders has learned to stay ahead of the curve. From copy editing and content development and management—to website production and usability analysis, keyword research, SEO and PPC advertising—Wayne’s success stems from his core competencies as a superior communicator and creative problem solver.

Wayne holds an M.A. in Political Science from the University of Guelph, where he was twice awarded a Graduate Scholarship.


Eloise Caudle
Project Manager

EloiseEloise Caudle draws on her experience and multi-faceted background in offset-, screen- and large-format printing and possesses a portfolio that includes sales and account management, production management and coordination, business development and branding and human resource management in a variety of fast paced business sectors. She has grown and serviced accounts approaching one million dollars in the print and graphics industry and gained extensive knowledge of offset- and screen-print processes.

Having overseen production and inventory management as vice-president of a large-format graphics company specializing in tradeshow displays and their collateral, Ms. Caudle was also responsible for marketing and accounting duties and assisted with fiscal planning and human resources training and development. In charge of corporate business development at a multinational tire company, she was responsible for project development and coordination, was a website and E-commerce team member and managed several international tradeshows.

While a director of business development and marketing for a regional after-market automotive company, Ms. Caudle supervised business development, sales, and website development for three distinct divisions. She also devised and implemented the company’s business strategies and initiated critical online customer relationship management (CRM) software. Eloise currently coordinates all project management services.


Heather Sanderson, B.A.Sc.
Client Services Manager

heatherHeather Sanderson has over 25 years of experience in Graphic Design, ranging from newspapers to retail displays and small- to large-format printing.

She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Special Education & Consumer Studies, a  Marketing Diploma and an Event Management Certificate.

As the Client Services Manager and the point-of-contact person for MoreSALES, Heather brings a wealth of understanding and experience to the organization while preparing invoices, financial reports and general correspondence.

Her ability to stay calm under pressure and deal with pressing issues in a timely manner is truly amazing.

She is also the go-to person when trying to locate Mike!
